Sadly, no legal grows allowed in Wasilla or Palmer. There seems to be a lot of land between the two towns, so why are people interested in investing out in Houston? I'm just wondering how long my commute will be when I get a job in the industry. Thanks!

Wish I could help you, but your questions are a bit confusing.... Land between Palmer and Wasilla, is still considered such, set by city limits. People would be looking at Houston as a next viable option depending on where they live and because there's no waiting time put up by public officials from what I've heard.

Down kgb (what 8miles?) is a viable option too.

Down kgb (what 8miles?) is a viable option too. Didn't that go under city rule once they started the "failed" port project ??

Am I reading the map wrong? Looks like the boarders of the towns of wasilla and palmer do not touch. Wasilla east boundary is Seward maridian rd., Palmer west boundary starts past Hermer rd. on the Palmer wasilla hwy. What about all the land along Trunk road? Attachments:

If I were a betting man, I'd say your going to see those city lines get expanded. You know, like they have with Anchorage City limits running from the outskirts of Girdwood, to Thunderbird Falls. They (the do gooders, and those being bought off) will throw a blanket over the whole area, and call it good.
