So can i just buy a certain amount of bud from who ever and sell or give away up to a certain amount as well?

As of now, we don't have sales yet until licenses are issued some time in early June, they are still writing the laws and should be done the 24th of February.
As of now, you can only "gift" up to one ounce.
And you can grow up to six plants, no more than three flowering at a time.
