Anyone who's grown- or even been an avid smoker, knows that pot stinks. How do you keep your home from wreaking of cannabis, especially if you have a large indoor grow?
I guess I'm better at masking the smell than actually eliminating it. I use a lot of incense, candles, and if I have someone coming over who I know isn't super keen on marijuana I'll cook bacon (pretty much entirely masks the smell). When it comes to incense and candles I focus on really musky scents and avoid anything floral or sweet. The musky scent seems to do a lot better job of hiding the skunkiness of pot, where as floral and sweet scents only accentuate it.
There's also this crazy 'toilet spray' product called 'Mask' from Australia that works amazing for literally masking smells. If I have unexpected company, I spray the spray into the air and it 100% eliminates any odor in my house. It's amazing. The real purpose of the spray is to spray in the toilet before you go to the bathroom- but I think they'd have a much strong market if they advertised it as a pot-smell-go-away spray.

That Mask spray is good stuff to have handy in case of emergency when guest pop in unexpectedly, it even gets rid of smoke smell quickly.
Most growers have inline fans with charcoal filters that suck the smell into the intake and blows out clean air if its working properly it will take care of all odor as long as its a closed contained grow like in a tent or small room.

Agree with AKNorthernlights, and you can recharge your own filters with active carbon for fish tanks, found at most pet stores or amazon. Had the coppers standing less then 10ft from my grow op, they never knew, swear by carbon filters!
