Another one bites the dust !
Looks like Kodiak is also "postponing sales" for one year.
In reality all these towns that are opting to wait a year is just another tatic by the obstructionist to circumvent the will of the people. Their plan is since the initiative is already a year into the making, By waiting another year, the the legislature can over turn the ballet initiative after two years, pretty snaky huh.
